Encouraged by overwhelming response to its recently-held first ever budget property exhibition in western suburbs, Maharashtra chamber of housing industry (MCHI), the prominent body of real estate builders and developers in the country, today announced 2nd ‘Budget property 2009- Central suburbs’. The three-day exhibition would be held between February 21-23, 2009 at Neptune’s Magnet Mall, L. B. S. Marg, Bhandup (West), to showcase properties in central suburbs catering to the need of all sections of home aspirants.

In order to cater the demand in all segments of home buyers, the exhibition would showcase properties ranging from Rs.4 lakhs to 49 lakhs from Thane, Kalyan, Karjat, Navi Mumbai, and Panvel and beyond.

Considering the growing popularity of the central suburbs like Bhandup, Mulund, etc. and rising demand for premium housing there, the MCHI is also showcasing lifestyle homes at affordable prices above Rs 50 lakh from these suburbs in this exhibition.

As many as 25 to 30 real estate developers, including prominent names like, Acme Housing India Pvt. Ltd., Ajmera Realty and Infra India Ltd., Akruti City Ltd., Arihant Universal, Damji Shamji Shah Group, D. B. Realty, Dosti Group, Everest Developers, Godrej Properties Limited, Kalpataru Ltd., Lalani Group, Lodha Group, Marathon Realty Ltd, Neelkanth Mansions & Infrastructure Ltd., Neptune Group, Nirmal Lifestyles, Nirman Group of Companies, Rustomjee, Sanghvi Group of Companies, Softcorner Marketing & Tanaji Malusare City would be showcasing their properties located in the periphery of Central Suburbs. Leading Housing Finance Institutions (HFIs) State Bank of India, HDFC & ICICI Home Finance Company Ltd. & LIC Housing Finance Ltd. are also participating in the exhibition.
